Welcome to Lynn’s Special Border Run Service

We’re excited to share everything you need to know about this hassle-free visa renewal trip.

This service allows you to exit Vietnam and return on the same day, receiving a fresh entry stamp under Vietnam’s visa exemption policy.

To renew your visa exemption, you are required to leave the country and re-enter. This trip is designed to make that process smooth, fast, and stress-free — with full support from our team every step of the way.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Service Details:

  • Vietnam New Visa Stamps

Our service helps you receive the appropriate Vietnam entry stamp based on your passport and individual circumstances.

Depending on your eligibility, you may qualify for a 21-day, 30-day, 45-day, 90-day, or 180-day visa exemption, or in some cases, a 90-day eVisa.

We will review your details in advance to help ensure everything is in order. During your border run, you will receive the correct entry stamp at the border.

Please note that the number of days stamped in your passport will start from the date you re-enter Vietnam, which is the day of your border run.

*** If you’ve obtained a 90-day eVisa on your own, please double-check that all the details on your eVisa match the information in your passport. We’ll gladly assist in reviewing it for you, but please keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for any issues with an eVisa you’ve created yourself.

  • Laos visa or Laos visa exemption:

We assist with pre-filling forms and help facilitate your visa or exemption stamp at the border, ensuring a smooth process with full support from our staff.

If a Laos visa is required for your nationality, please make sure to bring:

  • One passport-sized photo, or
  • 50,000 VND (if you do not have a photo)

Please also ensure that your passport:

    • Has at least 6 months validity remaining
    • Contains at least one empty visa page for the Laos visa sticker
  • Bus Service:

Lynn’s limousine bus is a spacious, air-conditioned vehicle designed for a smooth and comfortable ride. It features plush reclining seats, ample legroom, and a clean, well-maintained interior, ensuring a relaxing travel experience.

Our bus is a non-smoking bus.

We strictly prohibit carrying or using any illegal items or substances on the bus or during the trip.

  • Hassle-Free Border Runs with Full Assistance:

Lynn Visa provides a smooth and hassle-free border run experience, with dedicated staff supporting you every step of the way.

Our team will be present at the border to assist with visa stamps on both the Laos and Vietnam sides, helping ensure a seamless and efficient process. For travelers entering Laos, we also pre-fill visa application forms to save you time and reduce stress.

In addition, our staff accompany you on the bus throughout the journey, offering guidance, support, and ensuring a comfortable, well-organized trip from start to finish.

KEY NOTE BEFORE BOOKING

  • Please ensure that your visa remains valid until the day of your border run. If your visa has already overstayed, you may still be able to cross the border, but the process can be more complicated and will cost more.

It is strongly recommended that you carefully check your visa stamp in advance to confirm its validity and avoid any issues on the day of your trip.

  • Ensure your passport is valid for more than 6 months, has at least 2 blank pages, and is in good physical condition.
  • If your nationality requires a Laos visa, we recommend bringing a passport-sized photo ( 3 x 4 or 4 x 6) to avoid an additional charge from Laos immigration. The fee for not having a photo is 50,000 dong. Please note that paying this fee does not include taking a photo—it is simply a charge for processing without one.
